Public bug reported:

[Impact]
On systems with Full Disk Encryption (LUKS), the Thunderbolt driver loads
from initramfs at ~T+1s and discovers the BIOS-established DP tunnel. It
polls DPRX_DONE with a 12-second timeout. Since the GPU driver (i915)
resides on the encrypted root filesystem, it cannot load until the
passphrase is entered (often 60-90s). The DPRX timeout expires and the
DP tunnel is permanently torn down. The external display remains blank
with no recovery path.

Dell Pro Max 14 (MC14250), Intel Meteor Lake, Dell SD25TB5 TB5 Dock
