Public bug reported:
My computer has Ubuntu 26.04 LTS and Windows 11 in dual boot.
I've noticed that Wellbeing in Settings shows 24 hours of usage for two
days: May 31 and June 1 (see attached screenshot). On those days I
didn't use Ubuntu at all - only Windows (there are no record in my
syslog for those days).
I think on May 30, I restarted Ubuntu, then chose Windows in Grub menu.
After that, the computer was either running Windows, sleeping under
Windows, or powered off. (Just in case, my Grub is set up to remember
the last boot choice.)
I suspect the mistake is that the restart isn't considered a "screen
time end" event, unlike poweroff.
