After running it and reboot, please check whether the issue is gone.
```
echo "options snd-usb-audio quirk_alias=0b0e24ca:0b0e0349,0b0e24ba:0b0e0349" | \
sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/jabra-fix.conf
```
