To bring python-charset-normalizer into the component mismatches and to avoid future merges of its revdeps (in main) - python-debian and requests - I've proposed creating temporary patches to drop the Ubuntu delta. These will enable promotion of python-charset-normalizer to main and indicate the need to do a sync with their next releases in Debian.
