The patch includes the
echo "SET GLOBAL super_read_only = OFF;"
>> "$initfile"
echo "SET GLOBAL read_only = OFF;"
>> "$initfile"
because it copies the configurations of the previous mysql instance this
change sets the read only to off.
and --skip-networking is added to some lines to make the session more
isolated since it does not listen for TCP/IP connections
