Public bug reported:
Bluetooth LE devices fail to reconnect after suspend/resume on kernel
6.17.0-35-generic. Reverting to 6.17.0-29-generic resolves the issue
completely.
System: Linux Mint 22.3 (based on Ubuntu 24.04)
Kernel broken: 6.17.0-35-generic
Kernel working: 6.17.0-29-generic
Bluetooth adapter: Intel AX201 (8087:0026)
Affected device: Logitech ERGO K860 keyboard (Bluetooth LE)
Unaffected device: Logitech mouse (works fine on resume with both kernels)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot into kernel 6.17.0-35-generic
2. Connect Logitech ERGO K860 via Bluetooth
3. Suspend the machine
4. Resume
5. Keyboard fails to reconnect with error: le-connection-abort-by-local
Expected: Keyboard reconnects automatically after resume as it did on 6.17.0-29
Actual: Keyboard fails with le-connection-abort-by-local, requires full reboot
to fix
** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
