1. Use latest, fully updated clean installation of Ubuntu 26.04 with 
non-English locale.
2. Run "dpkg -l resources" to confirm the installed version of Resources.
3. Launch some apps and keep them running.
4. Run "resources".
5. See if the app names on the "Apps" tab are translated.

6. Enable the "resolute-proposed" repository.
7. Run "sudo apt install -t resolute-proposed resources".
8. Run "resources".
9. See if the app names on the "Apps" tab are translated.
10. Run "dpkg -l resources" to confirm the installed version of Resources.

$ dpkg -l resources
resources 1.10.2-0ubuntu3.1

I can confirm that the app names are now correctly translated. Thanks!
