I am on 7.10 now. Trying to print with ipp results in a printer lockup with the printer reporting a "FATAL ERROR 14h" Printing with socket used to work but seems to do nothing now. hhhmmm... Reinstalled foomatic and did a getweb 2530... Printing Ubuntu test page now works in color and printing from firefox and others does as well.
