Hi there! Thanks for the bug report. In this case, there appears to be a
conflict between pulseaudio (installed by ubuntu-unity-desktop) and
pipewire (ubuntu-desktop, xubuntu-desktop) on 26.04. More specifically,
ubuntu/xubuntu-desktop wants to install pipewire but ubuntu unity wants
to keep pulseaudio only, making the upgrade fail.
Since your install media lists Xubuntu, I would recommend removing
ubuntu-unity-desktop in this case for the upgrade.
