Public bug reported:
llvm-toolchain-22 1:22.1.6-1ubuntu1 is currently blocked in propose by
the mpich transition, because of a reverse dependency on dolfin and
PETSc.
The failure is here, which shows the following error:
#error "PETSc was configured with one MPICH mpi.h version but now appears to be
compiling using a newer major MPICH mpi.h version"
