Please improve patch handling in future uploads, the patch header lists
no author, and just says "Forwarded: not-needed" which seems wrong for
something upstream.
The test in stonking fails due to a patch 17-fix-minitest-assert-
nil.patch which adds calls to a new "assert_nil" method which does not
exist.
