I can see what you changed in the
/usr/lib/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/20-chrony-dhcp to have the DHCP NTP
sources added into chrony.
I am curious about the value of $action variable if you use the original
dispatcher script:
(if you can echo its value into some tmp file, restart the system and show what
you get, I will be grateful)
