Wade tested on Ubuntu 24.04 and 26.04 and the version from edge works. I tested on Ubuntu 24.04 and agree that the issue is resolved by the fix.
However, both of us noticed there is no log indicating that kerberos ignored a directory that was included but unavailable. I think at minimum, a WARNING log should be added to indicate that so if people are investigating it points them to the correct place. In addition, since files are generated in that directory when joining Ubuntu to AD using `realm join`, I think a separate bug should be opened to resolve kerberos issues in snap for that scenario. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2122317 Title: Unreadable includedir /var/lib/sss/pubconf/krb5.include.d/ causes Kerberos authentication failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apparmor/+bug/2122317/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
