The /etc directory wasn't added to debian/install, so installing plasma-
optimus from resolute-proposed does not actually install the fix script.

user@user-virtualbox:~$ dpkg-query -s plasma-optimus
Package: plasma-optimus
...
Version: 26.04.5-0ubuntu2
...
user@user-virtualbox:~$ ls /etc/xdg/plasma-workspace/env/
env.sh  ksshaskpass.sh  z-kfocus.sh

On the bright side though, I previously tested the added script
independently, and when it is present in /etc/xdg/plasma-workspace/env/,
it *does* work on 26.04 as expected. This just needs the packaging to
actually install it :)
