Ok we tested and the fix above fixes the problem. Thank you so much for the extremly fast reaction!
The Issue seems to be not specific to Konica Minolta Drivers as installing a Driver for our Kyocera Ecosys MA4000 creates the same Problem here. Bug 2156339 is also about the size of the .ppd File.
