Public bug reported:

I've suffered months of bluetooth issues with my USB BT500 adapter
(TPLink and Asus) in conjunction with my Logitech ERgo 860 keyboard.
Input lag, disconnects, de-pairing, and sticky key like effects (press k
once and get kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk). I switched USB ports, changed between
two adpaters, added an extension cable so the dongle was right next to
the keyboard, and replaced the keyboards batteries.

I tried "solution" I could find online. I finally found a repository
with older firmware which seems to have fixed the issue. Older firmware
is found here. https://github.com/liberodark/rtl8761b

[ 2213.516670] Bluetooth: hci1: ACL packet for unknown connection handle 3837
errors have stopped and my keyboard has remained paired and I've experienced
zero performance issues.
