mysql-9.7 will be replacing mysql-8.4 in 26.10. The mysql-9.7 package
will take over all packages (libmysqlclient-dev, libmysqlclient24,
mysql-client-core, mysql-client, mysql-server-core, mysql-server, mysql-
testsuite, mysql-source, and mysql-router binary packages from
mysql-8.4.
