Will fix to remove that dummy entry in all packages. 1d) I'll scrub all copyright files again to make sure only actually packaged files are mentioned. 1e) That's also a tooling issue. Will fix. 1f) The change happened in debian/WHENCE which is parsed at package build time by debian/bin/install-firmware for links to be created.
