Public bug reported:
[ Impact ]
Dragging a window with the mouse cursor does not offer tiling options
correctly when there is, or was, a stylus input device in proximity.
Specifically, this breaks in two cases:
* While the stylus is in proximity of the tablet, dragging a window by the
mouse will snap it to a tile following the stylus position instead of the mouse
position
* Even after lifting the stylus away, the snapping tries to follow the position
of the stylus which is now idle at (0, 0) and thus we get no snapping
[ Test Plan ]
1. Connect a stylus device
2. Hover it on the tablet
3. Drag a window with the mouse
4. Verify that the snapping options for tiling follow the mouse cursor, and not
the stylus cursor.
5. Lift the stylus away
6. Drag a window with the mouse
7. Verify that the snapping still works
8. Drag a window with the stylus
9. Verify that the snapping follows the stylus cursor, and not the mouse cursor.
10. Drag a window with a touchscreen
11. Verify that the snapping follows the finger, and not the mouse or stylus
cursors.
