libnvidia-egl-xcb1 is not a standard package in Ubuntu 24.04 I also see things like libnvidia-cfg1 610.43.02-1ubuntu1, which indicates your issue is not a bug with Ubuntu, but package conflicts with Nvidia's CUDA repo (or some other third party PPA/repo).
