Hey there! Thanks for the bug report. The python3 dependency comes from
sudo-rs having an apport package hook, meaning that if it crashes, it
will generate an automatic crash report for the purpose of debugging.

However seeing as ogsudo also has one without any dependencies on
python3, the more correct  approach would be to remove python3 as
Depends and add apport as Recommends instead. This way you can omit the
extras with --no-install-recommends.
