fence-agents (4.17.0-1ubuntu2) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/t/relay: revert setting net.ipv4.ping_group_range (LP: #2155622)
as iputils adds CAP_NET_RAW to the ping binary in Ubuntu (contrary to
Debian)
we do not need to set net.ipv4.ping_group_range as it is not needed and
can fail in container due to invalid GID max value (due to user namespace).
