* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2153298). Remaining changes:
- d/control: Drop python3-h2, python3-httpx, and python3-httpcore to
Suggests.
* Dropped changes:
- d/patches/fix-test-features-cryptography-guard.patch: Fix test skip
guard to use _version_check consistent with have("dnssec"). The
autopkgtest depends on a recent enough python3-cryptography version.
- d/tests/control: Remove dependencies python3-h2 and python3-httpx.
Testing against suggested packages is useful.
