Binary package hint: update-manager
On upgrade to edgy from dapper (fully updated dapper) via update-manager (-c
-d), I get this error:
Could not Install 'linux-image-2.6.17-10-generic'
subproccess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
the installer asks for a bug to be filed against update-manager, and
include my /var/log/dist-upgrade files.
Later in the same install (which is odd, because the first error mentioned it
now quitting), I get this error:
A recovery was run (dpkg --configure -a)
installArchives() failed
with the same associated text. On breezy, I had -k7 and -386 kernels
installed.
