stonking-proposed currently has an openssh merge which should migrate
soon (https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/proposed-
migration/stonking/update_excuses.html#openssh), once that is done I'll
rebase my changes against the latest ubuntu/devel.
The stonking build is also blocked by the inclusion of libhtml-escape-
perl (a new dependency of libtext-hogan-perl):
