This apparmor profile is also preventing tshark from being used to read
pcap files.
The "profile dumpcap" section of the config has a line like:
file r /**.pcap{,ng}{,.gz},
If you copy this line to up above the "profile dumpcap" section then
tshark can read pcap files again.
