Public bug reported:

aethersdr was uploaded to stonking as version 26.6.4+ds-1. The new source
declares a build-dependency on architecture-is-64-bit to intentionally stop
building on armhf (dropping 32-bit support).

The previous version (26.6.2+ds-1) built successfully on armhf, so the
following stale binary packages remain in the archive:

  aethersdr (armhf, from 26.6.2+ds-1)

All other architectures built successfully: amd64, amd64v3, arm64, ppc64el,
riscv64, s390x.

The stale binaries need to be removed from the stonking proposed pocket (and
the release pocket if present) so that proposed-migration can advance the
package.

Relevant proposed-migration excuse lines:
missing build on armhf: aethersdr (from 26.6.2+ds-1)
arch:armhf not built yet, autopkgtest delayed there

** Affects: aethersdr (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
