Indeed -- one additional detail I can mention, on the console immediately after that "dracut[I]" line and before the "stdin" line, there was a dmesg line indicating "zstd invoked oom-killer" (and the various details) but obviously that wasn't output from dracut so it wasn't included in the log capture.
