Firefox snap does not contain opensc-pkcs11 and is not FIPs certified while on
Core24 for Jammy and Noble. Forced to use an insecure older version in order to
maintain FIPs certification as well as use SmartCards.
Should be fixed in Release 9.1, is there any guarantee or roadmap that
is able to be provided?
