* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2153286). Remaining changes:
- Build with distro build flags to enable frame pointers (LP #2073790)
+ Makefile.in:
- Switch to CXXFLAGS from CFLAGS
- Use LDFLAGS
- Respect dpkg-buildflags
+ debian/rules: Use DEB_CXXFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND over custom build flag
bonnie++ (2.00a+nmu3) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Fix smoke test: allow stderr. Closes: #1103956
