Public bug reported:
Every once and a while, the screen or an individual window goes into a
bunch of broken lines - which makes it impossible to do anything. I have
to reset the system to recover the screen. This make the entire system
unstable and not usable.
I have even been unable to file a proper bug report due to this issue -
but recently with some updates some of the unstable nature has gone away
and I have been able to file a proper report.
Please let me know if there is any way I can help find/fix the issue
