The fix will land in stonking when it becomes available in the next grub
release.
The multiboot protocol is not supported in our UEFI grub binaries in the
first place, and can only be enabled by disabling secure boot and
loading the module. We generally do not provide stable update or active
support or bug fixes for these modules.
Often UEFI firmware provides its own memory testing these days which can
be used instead.
