Public bug reported:
I'm getting an error running `netplan status`:
```
netplan status
Cannot query iproute2 interface data: Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column
6229 (char 6228)
Could not query iproute2 or systemd-networkd
```
## Ubuntu release
```
lsb_release -rd
No LSB modules are available.
Description: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
```
## Netplan version
```
netplan.io:
Installed: 1.0.1-1ubuntu2~24.04.1
Candidate: 1.1.2-8ubuntu1~24.04.2
Version table:
*** 1.0.1-1ubuntu2~24.04.1 100
```
## Iproute2 version
```
ip -V
ip utility, iproute2-6.1.0, libbpf 1.3.0
```
I attached the output of `ip -j link | jq` to this report, but it looks
correct and column 6229 is a comma unlike expected by the error message.
I'm not sure how to debug this issue further, but let me know if I can
provide more useful data
