Public bug reported:
For the past two years, or more, the Software Updater tells me it has
failed to instal at least one package in each update. As a PC user the
messages it shows me are a like a forign language and tell me nothing. I
moved to Ubuntu when Microsoft stopped support for XP, but terms like
bug and applet remain part of that unknown forign language.
I went through the pain of getting a Ubuntu one account and making it
active on my PC as part of keeping my PC software updated automatically.
Unfortunatly it seems to work only sometimes.
It seems that my PC is using Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS.
How would I know if a bug was a security problem!
