Just had Lenovo AI support on the phone. It was weird, they seem to know the issue.
AI asked me these three things : 1. Does an external keyboard work correctly ? 2. Does a reboot make the keyboard work again ? 3. Does your keyboard stops working after some time of use ? It asked me to change keyboard ergonomy settings in Windows. I'll use the computer without rebooting for a few days and keep you updated (BIOS update + keyboard settings changed). Hope it will work, but I'm not entirely confident. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2146485 Title: IdeaPad Slim 5 16AKP10 (83HY): intermittent keyboard keystroke drops at i8042 kernel driver level To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2146485/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
