Opened document opening again is not reacting, turns out because
document is open and i forgot, it doesnt pop up
0. ope document abc.doc
1. edit a bit minimize window
2. after some time forget you didnt minimize or dont see in panel that its
there because of some bug not showing all minimized apps sometimes in taskbar
3. open document
4. nothing opens
5. turns out its opened already just minimized
instead it should unminimize and restore back in windo full screen as it
was
