Public bug reported:

dpkg/debhelper in Ubuntu implies "DEB_BUILD_PROFILE=noudeb" build profile
(introduced in bug #1884836),
which makes lintian FTBFS and fail its autopkgtest. This behavior can be
overridden by setting the build profile "!noudeb", but "!noudeb" is not valid
build profile name according to the discussion in
https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/-/merge_requests/730

So I propose to use "forceudeb" as build profile to strip the "noudeb"
profile.
