I was able to unit test this driver change. The test included transmit of packets with 5 different multicast DMACs paired with several multicast MAC configurations: 1) "ip maddr show oob_net0" shows 2 multicast MACs 2) 3 multicast MACs 3) 4 multicast MACs (which puts interface into ALLMULTI mode) on the oob_net0 interface.
This test passed as expected. For #1 and #2, only packets with configured multicast DMAC pass the receive filter. And for #3, packets with any multicast DMAC pass the receive filter.
