Tested by Alexis (@fhost) and it fixes the issue.

Test setup:
IPhone 6 SE (as source)
Qualcomm IQ-X (as sink)

1. Install the package from proposed on IQ-X.
2. Start playing the music on Iphone
3. connect to DUT from IPhone (so that AVRCP is connected before AVDTP)
4. Try to change volume from DUT

It is able to change the volume, fixes the issue.
