Public bug reported:

Please sync rpy2 from Debian, overriding Ubuntu changes.

This is _probably_ needed to build this package with current r-base
(bugs.debian.org/1134315).

These Ubuntu changes were to mark r-cran dependencies no longer
available on armhf and s390x, which has now been done in Debian, and
wrap-and-sort, which is cosmetic.

rpy2 (3.6.7-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Also skip some tests on big-endian systems,
as their dependencies are not available there.

  * New upstream release (Closes: #1134315). Drop / refresh patches.
  * Skip some tests on 32 bit systems,
as their dependencies are not available there.
