I know that being both proposer and uploader is not a good look but
given this is a single line change and given explicit warning about this
is suppose to be accepted into archive with the whole stack.

I will upload this myself (to also unblock the whole stack) to the SRU
queue so SRU team can give their feedback/thoughts about the whole stack
upgrade and maybe guide us through.

7.2.4 stack was being build tested here for both resolute and stonking:
https://launchpad.net/~bullwinkle-team/+archive/ubuntu/rocm-devel

And we have https://canonical.github.io/rocm-qa/ where we share test
results and dependency chain information for the packages in rocm
package set. This whole journey definitely wont be short given the size
of the stack. If you would like to access the logs of the runs (some
errors due to infra unfortunately) please see
https://github.com/canonical/rocm-qa/tree/logs and if you would like to
check our test schedule please see https://github.com/canonical/rocm-
qa/#test-schedule

In addition to these we will be also providing autopkgtest run results
for every package we upgrade in the bugs together with ABI analysis
where it makes sense.
