Public bug reported:

## Summary

MediaTek MT7902 (PCI ID 14c3:7902) is detected by PCI but no wireless
interface is created on Ubuntu 26.04.

## Hardware

* Laptop: ASUS Vivobook
* Wireless Adapter: MediaTek MT7902 (Filogic 310)
* PCI ID: 14c3:7902
* Subsystem: AzureWave 1a3b:5520

## Software

* Ubuntu 26.04
* Kernel: 7.0.0-27-generic

## Problem

The MT7902 adapter is detected by `lspci`, but no wireless interface
(`wlp*`) is created.

The `mt7921e` driver does not bind to the device.

### Evidence

* `lspci` detects the device:

  * MEDIATEK MT7902 (14c3:7902)
* `modinfo mt7921e` does not contain PCI ID `14c3:7902`.
* `grep "14c3.*7902" /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/modules.alias` returns no output.
* `lspci -nnk` does not show "Kernel driver in use" for the MT7902 device.

## Troubleshooting Performed

* Reinstalled linux-firmware.
* Reloaded mt76 and mt7921e modules.
* Verified rfkill is not blocking Wi-Fi.
* Updated GRUB.
* Tested a newer mainline kernel (7.1.3), which failed to boot due to a VFS
kernel panic, so the issue could not be verified there.

## Expected Result

The MT7902 adapter should bind to the appropriate kernel driver and
create a wireless interface.
