 * On platform with rt713 + rt1320 multicodec

 * The alsa-ucm-conf is loaded failed

configuration file /usr/share/alsa/ucm2/codecs/rt713-sdca/init.conf
ALSA lib parser.c:79:(uc_mgr_config_load_file) [error.ucm] failed to open file 
/usr/share/alsa/ucm2/codecs/rt713-sdca/init.conf: -2
ALSA lib main.c:1805:(snd_use_case_mgr_open) [error.ucm] failed to import hw:0 
use case configuration -2
alsaucm: error failed to open sound card hw:0: No such file or directory

 * The audio input/output are not working

[ Test Plan ]

 * on platform with rt713 + rt1320 codec combination, ex: 
https://certification.canonical.com/hardware/202512-38254/
 * Install the updated alsa-ucm-conf
 * $ sudo systemctl stop alsa-state
 * $ sudo rm /var/lib/alsa/asound.state
 * $ sudo systemctl start alsa-state
 * $ sudo reboot
 * check internal input/output should work successfully
 * check headset input/output should work successfully

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * The change match the specific USBID (0955:cf0a) only, which won't
impact other device.
