Source platform credentials: `source /etc/platform/openrc` + 4. Initiate swact: `system host-swact controller-0` + 5. Monitor with: `system host-show controller-0` and `fm alarm-list` + Expected Behavior + + Swact completes successfully + controller-1 becomes the active controller + All service groups become active on controller-1 + controller-0 transitions to standby + Actual Behavior + Swact initiates (task shows "Swacting" then "Swact: In-Progress") + etcd fails to start on controller-1 + Alarm 400.001 raised: "Service group controller-services failure; etcd(disabled, )" on controller-1 + Multiple service groups lose redundancy (400.002 alarms for controller-services, vim-services, oam-services, cloud-services) + kube-apiserver becomes unreachable for 90+ seconds during the attempt + Swact reverts — controller-0 returns to Controller-Active role + task-affine-functions exceeds 90-second watch timeout + Alarms persist after revert (etcd remains disabled on controller-1) + Reproducibility + Reproducible — failed on 3 consecutive swact attempts: + 2026-06-29T15:14 UTC + 2026-06-30T09:00 UTC + Previous attempt on 2026-06-29 (informal build, same behavior)
