[Summary]
Suspend resume time is too long on EliteBook 8 G1a 13.
Suspend time is normal at 0.616 seconds, but resume takes 20.888 seconds.
I also found some suspicious log in journal log.

Run the following command:
sudo fwts s3 --s3-sleep-delay=30 --s3-device-check --s3-device-check-delay=45
Wait for the suspend/resume test to complete.
Check the reported suspend and resume timing.
Observe that resume takes 20.888 seconds.
