Hi Simon, I'm facing the same problem. I have dual boot and the Windows does use TPM for decrypting the disk. When I enter the correct recovery key (49 digits only, or 56 digits and minuses), it detects it as incorrect. I have verified multiple times that is the correct recovery key. I have also tried by temporally disabling BitLocker (from within Windows) and retrying the update. No luck.
