Public bug reported:
File explorer app, which I think is Nautilus, fails to launch. The app
launch indicator pops up next to it in the GNOME desktop launcher bar
but it never opens. Rebooting did not help, nor did apt purge and
reinstall of nautilus. I am running the desktop over RDP.
