Since you're experiencing this performance regression with a recent
mainline Linux kernel, I would try submitting a bug report to upstream
Linux. The maintainers of the iscsi_tcp driver would have the most
expertise in thoroughly diagnosing and resolving the regression in
performance you're seeing compared to older kernels.
