llama.cpp (9721+dfsg-1ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/tests/upstream-basic: skip test-arg-parser; upstream added live HTTP
requests to ggml.ai in 9601, which hang in the network-restricted
autopkgtest environment. The comment noting this was already present
but the test was not added to the skip list. (LP: #2157811)
