Public bug reported:

My second monitor (Lenovo D32Q-20, a relatively simple DisplayPort
1.2-era QHD monitor 2560×1440 @ 75 Hz, FreeSync) stopped being detected
after a system update that upgraded the kernel from 7.0.0-22 to
7.0.0-27.

The monitor is directly connected to Radeon Pro W7900 via DisplayPort
cable. I have tried substituting the DP cable and the DP port to no
avail. The monitor works with another PC. I tried troubleshooting with
ChatGPT—it suspects a regression in ("-27") AMD Display Core (DC) driver
or DisplayPort initialization path in kernel, and suggests booting the
"-22" kernel.
